The Honor Wall

Every year, throughout the month of June, we invite our community to celebrate the outstanding caregivers in their lives with an in-honor donation to Project Guardianship. These unsung heroes – family, friends, neighbors, and professionals – extend themselves time and again to improve and sustain the wellbeing of others. Whether they are picking up groceries, paying bills, accompanying their loved ones to appointments, or simply being trusted companions, caregivers are essential to the fabric of our society.

We are incredibly grateful for the caregivers listed on this tribute page. Because of their supportive, far-reaching efforts, older people and those living with disabilities are able to enjoy safer, more fulfilling, and connvected lives.

Shantih Clemans

My sister, Shantih, is an exceptional caregiver and loving daughter for our 85-year-old mother, Paula. She makes it a priority to call her every night and see her often. She organized a family calendar to ensure regular family visits to make our mom feel more connected and less alone.
